Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day Monday to Friday.

We use Royal Mail Special delivery which is a next day delivery signed for service which will be insured to the value of your order.

Processing Times

• During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended - but it will be clearly stated on the website.

Delivery

• Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
